Shugakuin Villa or Imperial Palace + Sento?

If you have to choice, which solution do you prefer? Shugakuin Villa + the other temples in the area (Enkoji, Manshuin etc...) or the Imperial Palace + Sento Imperial Palace? The period will be the mid november.

No doubts - Shugakuin etc! It's a pure jewel, entirely original unique garden of more than 400 years old , esepecially beautiful in autumn! And temples and mountains around are marvellous too! No comparison with the empty and unimpressive Imperial Place, which in fact the last thing you should see in Kyoto!
