How is kanuma driving center in tochigi.i have heard it is difficult to withdraw license because of there strict rules in kanuma.is it true?

you wrote the same post previously. but, no answer.
all DMV follow the same guideline to issue driving license. thus, the difficulty to get license should be same in all prefectures.
if you think it is difficult, it just simply means your driving ability is lower than Japanese.
