Hankone & nearby area

I am flying in to Narita airport in mid Nov arriving around 9am and would like to go direct to Hakone & surrounding area. What is the best way to travel. Any suggestion for a 3 nite 4 day stay.

But the cheapest you be a rapid to Tokyo, and a rapid to Odawara.

option one would take about 1h45m including transfers.
option two would take about 2h55m including transfers.

For places to stay, google it. They can range from 7,500 yen single rooms to 25,000 yen room with private bath on balcony.

They could go N'Ex to Skinjuku and then Odakyu railway to Hakone (with or without the Hakone pass).
