Hi all i've bought a long walking stick from mt fuji(around 150cm+) and i want to bring it back to Singapore. I am taking Japan airlines back. Any idea if they allow me to check in the walking stick? If not, any idea how to get it back? Does haneda airport has a post office to ship it back? Thanks!

The baggage policy of your airline can be found on its website.
Yes, there is a post office at Haneda, but it is in the domestic terminal.

You can ask at your airline counter that you want to take it with you. It may apply an excess charge(depend on your luggage size and weight), but is possible to bring back home. You need to wrap the stick before take it to the airport. You can buy a ski gear plastic cover at a large JP Post office for 240 Yen(2070mm X 340mm), wrap and seal well then. http://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/you_pack/package.htmlThe ski gear cover is not available at Haneda airport post office. You need to visit a large JP Post office to buy it.
