No direct bus for Fujinomiya stn(JR Minobu line) in Fujinomiya city.

Hitchhiking easier find/catch a 富士山/Fujisan (best),
静岡/Shizuoka or 浜松/Hamamatsu (better) number plate car
at parking of convenience store,restaurant or.

If take a bus need to go Gotemba/御殿場 or Mishima/三島 stn first
then take trains until Fujinomiya stn finally take a local bus.
