Help to advise and check itinerary in Tokyo

Here is our plan in Tokyo for 8 days:

19: Arrive Narita Airport at 7:15 a.m. Stay in Keio Plaza Hotel.
Explore shinjuku. Is there any tourist attraction or
restaurant near Keio Plaza?

20 Nov: Shibuya, Harajuku, Meiji Jingu Shrine, Yoyogi park,
Shinjuku

21 Nov: Ground tour: Tokyo Tower, Imperial palace, Asakusa

22 Nov: Disneyland

23 Nov: Ground tour :Mt fuji, Hakone

24 Nov: Tsukiji, Tokyo Station, Ginza ( which place should i visit
first and how to go? )

25 Nov: Haven't decide yet. Should i visit Ueno or Odaiba or
Kawagoeshi?

26 Nov : Departe at 11:00 a.m.

1. Can I reach those places by using wifi?
2. Where to buy my subway pass?

1. I don't understand what you mean reach using wifi?
I bought a data sim card and had it delivered to my hotel. Unlimited data for my whole trip was very useful. I really recommend this.

2. Buy your Suica pass at any machine. There is an English button you can press which will guide you.

You can top up when needed.
I also recommend downloading the Hyperdia App for your phone. It will help you with plan train journeys. The transport system is amazingly efficient. I hope you enjoy.
PS if you have a free day I recommend visiting Yokohama. It's only around 40 minutes from Shinjuku. Huge shopping place at the station and the port area is one stop on the subway. Get a train to Sakuragicho. The landmark tower and ferris wheel are here.
