Amanohashidate-Ine Double Pass

I will be travelling on November 24, 2016 on both Amanohashidate and Ine coming from Osaka. At such, I will only be holding JR Kansai Area Pass good for 3 days (as part of last leg of my travel in Japan).
Since Kansai Area Pass is only good until Sasayamaguchi Station, JR West told me that I can pay the Sasayamaguchi to Fukuchiyama ride at Fukuchiyama Station for JPY 840 and vice versa. If I purchase the Amanohashidate-Ine Double Pass as issued by KTR for JPY 2,600, will I be able to ride the non-reserved seat limited express and local KTR train from Fukuchiyama Station to Amanohashidate Station and back (with only Kansai Area Pass as tandem)? Would it be the same scenario if Double Pass is tandem with Kansai-Hokuriku Pass?
