Any advice on quick way to go to kujo station of chuo line.

use JR line from JR KIX to JR Bentencho station. take Kanku-kaisoku,関空快速. it takes you to Bentencho with no transfer.
get off at Bentencho station, and change to subway Chuo line (from subway Bentencho station to subway Kujyo station.)
