Hi,

Which périods is better 04/04/2017 to 02/05/2017 or 11/04/2017 to09/05/2017 ? I've learned that from 29/04 from 05/05 is japanese vacations so it will be more crowded in transportation and more expensive for lodging. Is it true?

Depends on where you want to go in Japan. Early April will be better for cherry blossoms.

Golden Week will have an effect on transport and accommodation. If you travel then, you'll want to book accommodation as early as possible (bookings usually open 6 or 3 months ahead, check back at the start of every month), and book trains ahead once you arrive in Japan (difficult, if not impossible, to do from outside Japan).
