Daikakuji Night Illumination

Hi Japan Guide,
If I enter Daikakuji and stay until 7pm will the 700yen entrance fee already cover the night illumination? Or am I required to pay a separate 500yen just to see its night illumination between 530pm to 830pm?
Also, do I go to Saga Arashiyama Stn to ride bus #91 to go to Daikakuji Temple? Or can I take this bus from the Nonomiya bus stop?
