Hi, im planning on my itinerary for my trip this autumn to japan and i understand that there will be holiday on the 23th of Nov. My questions are: -I'm planning to go to Shinjuku Gyoen, will it open or closed? -This restaurant, matsurokuya house, anyone know will it open on national holiday? also does particular shops or restaurant will be closed for national holiday? Shinjuku Gyoen Park and Matsurokuya house both open on 23 Nov.
The most shops and restaurants open as usual,
