NTT internet setup 2016/7/16 00:17
I want to find out if there is a restart option to go all the way back to the initial setup page where you first enter the userid and password.

I put in the wrong information the first time. Having the right information now I can't find a way to get back to the start and I think that's why I can't cobnect.

If not "Plala(ぷらら)" your provider is not "NTT".
Call to your "provider" support dial.
"NTT(EAST or WEST)" is telephone line include internet line(optical fiber cable also mobile,too) company.
"NTT-Plala" is provider "internet connectiong" company.
"NTT-docomo" is mobile phone(with internet service) company.

Other name providers are just using NTT(EAST or WEST)" line or docomo mobile as base.
Or, if living rent room with internet service call to landlord/landlady or managed real estate agent/realtor better.
Pls check again.
