Pillow to use with big pillow cover

I ordered a rather large pillow cover with a image of a character printed on it (a body pillow i think) from Japan and got it a few days ago. I have looked pretty much in every shop in my country but cant find a big enough pillow. It is of size 50*160cm but all i can find are about 60x80 at most. Do people who have these kinds of pillows make the insides themselves or what?

That cover sounds seriously big... isn't it easier to put two small (regular sized) pillows into it end to end?

It is seriously big (covers 80% of my bed). I found some great looking pillows in the link above and am thinking of buying one soon!
