Cycle to Moerenuma Park

Hi. I would like to know it is difficult to cycle to Moerenuma Park from Sapporo city area, eg clock tower? Is there any services or bicycle rental company that allows me to return my bicycle at Moerenuma Park? I plan to cycle and reach Moerenuma Park before evening and stay there till night to see the night view of the glass pyramid and fountain. I return my bicycle there and I take public transport back to city area. Is it possible? Please advise. Thank you.
