Visit to Daio Wasabi Farm

How long a visit to the farm takes ?
My plan for the day was to wake up in Matsumoto, just view the castle from outside (as we would visit Himeji Castle), than the Daio Wasabi Farm and than Jigokudani Monkey Park (all by car), then drive to Nagano City to return the car and take the train to Tokyo.
Any feedback ?

It would be a long day but do-able.
For the Daio Wasabi Farm it depends on how much you want to take in. If just for walking around and taking pictures an hour or two will do. But if you want to take the boat ride, participate in the wasabi DIY plus eat and shop there you can easily spend more than half a day.
