Okuhida to Matsumoto via bus pass

I want to travel from Shin-Hotaka Onsen Guchi to Matsumoto using the Alps Wide Free Passport.

I know that I must and can take this bus first to get to Hirayu Onsen:

From there I believe I can take a bus directly to Matsumoto:

Can I take that bus to Matsumoto directly with the Alps Wide Free Passport?

What are other options?

What are my options if I want to leave from Kamikochi instead?
