Daiwa Sushi in Tsukiji, to move to Toyosu?

Hey!

I'll be visiting japan this nov 23 to dec 2 2016. My wife loves sushi and I promised to bring her to the best sushi i've eaten in my life - Daiwa Sushi. I just want to ask where will Daiwa Sushi be in all these Tsukiji Market to be moved to Toyosu. I'm confused since I've read on some sites the sushi shops will remain for the mean time in Tsukiji while others say they'll be moved to Toyosu.

I'm plotting my itinerary and would like to know where it really be.

Not "all" restaurants move to Toyosu.

Basically "Outer market" restaurants/shops are no move to Toyosu.
(many restaurants/shops are closing)
Seems about 70 restaurants/shops move to new large building "Tsukiji-uogashi".
