About Kurobe Gorge railway ticket

I will go to Kurobe Gorge in October. I plan to start taking the train from Unazuki station to Kanetsuri station, and then hop on from Kanetsuri to Keyakidaira station. For the return I will take the train from Keyakidaira direct to Unazuki.
Can I buy all of the tickets from Unazuki station? or I have to buy each tickets from each stations that I take on.
