using Rinkai Line from Shin-Kiba, can I use JR Tokyo Wide Pass? Yes. The Rinkai Line of Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit [TWR] is covered by that JR pass. This line is mostly called simply as Rinkai Line, without the name of the operating company. The following three stations have ticket gates separately, which front on one common concourse, in the same complex. : Shin-Kiba Station on the (JR) Keiyo Line : Shin-kiba Station on the (TWR) Rinkai Line : Shin-kiba Station (Y-24) on the (Tokyo Metro) Yurakucho Line http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/stations/e859.htmlThe (TWR) Rinkai Line and the (JR) Saikyo Line are jointed in Osaki Station(s); many through trains run between Shin-Kiba and Osaki. Tokyo Big Sight is offering some nice maps for Odaiba visitors. http://www.bigsight.jp/english/hotel/map/In the Odaiba area, Rinkai Line's tracks mostly lie under the ground. Also the line of Yurikamome is available, whose tracks go above the ground; this line is not covered by the JR TOKYO Wide pass. After exploring Odaiba, you can take a Yurikamome train bound for Shimbashi, which runs through Rainbow Bridge then turns along the nearby loop, where you can have a view of the bridge. From Shimbashi Station of Yurikamome you can walk to Shimbashi Station of JR, which is expected to require 10 minutes or so. Enjoy your trips!

Let me correct my wrong description.
NOT: many through trains run between Shin-Kiba and Osaki. BUT: many trains on the Rinkai Line from Shin-Kiba continue beyond Osaki onto the Saikyo Line, and vice versa.
