Osaka Ekimae 4th Building

Hi.

May you inform me if the Osaka Ekimae 4th Building to JR Central Ticket Office in Osaka station (or at least up to south gate building) is on street level walk. The bus I plan to take will get to that Osaka Ekimae 4th Building bus stop at 6 am then exchange JR Pass at Osaka Station. Then if time permits, I would be riding the first Thunderbird at 6:30 am.

I do apologize to ask this as well but is there a comfort room in limited express trains? :p

Yes. It's 600 m walk, 7 min. Go north and turn left, then you will see JR Osaka station.

Yes, all of the long distance trains are equipped with the rest rooms.
