Japan/Nagoya 2016 especially hot/humid?

Has Nagoya area been especially humid this June/July? Last year I seem to recall that it was unusually cool until the final weeks of July.

2015 July last week was hot right.
BC already rainy front(�~�J�O��/baiu-zensen) gone/away.
