Three Star Route Shinjuku Ticket

We wish to travel through Central Honshu in September and the 7 day Keio Highway bus ticket looks perfect but I am not sure if I have correctly understood the rules. Would the Forum please consider if my journey plan complies with the 3 star ticket rules:
Day 1 buy ticket and travel from Shinjuku to Matsumoto and stay for 3 nights in Matsumoto
Day 2 and Day 3 - do our own sightseeing around Matsumoto
Day 4 take bus from Matsumoto to Hirayu onsen, (take a side trip to Kamikochi at our cost) and then take bus to Takayama and stay for 2 nights in Takayama for local sightseeing.
Day 6 take bus from Takayama to Kanazawa but stopover for about 2 hours in Shirakawa-go. Stay overnight in Kanazawa.
Day 7 in Kanazawa (we make our own arrangements then).
The bus travel price is only 8,200 yen each which is very good
