Are you referring to the Toei Kyoto Studio Park?
Depends on each person, I guess. I was there for 3 hrs and wished to stay for another hour. Many reviews said it doesn't even worth 2 hours. The park is very huge, with 2 big museums (superheroes and animation), plus some attractions (in Japanese). If you're not much of a fan, 2 hrs will be more than enough. An aficionado of samurai drama setting or superheroes may want to stay longer.
