takayama bus during autumn festival

i'm traveling to takayama area at the autum festival at october i wanted to buy a bus ticket to shirakwa go and to kanikuchi but on the bus site it is showen that there are no buses on these dates.

is it true? there is no way to travel around on the days of the festival?

The buses around Takayama and Shirakawago operate every day of the year. The buses to Kakmikochi operate everyday during the period that Kamikochi is open (until November 15).

So, your conclusion is not correct. There must be a different reason why the bues are not shown, e.g. they are not available for reservations yet. I believe reservations for many bus companies starts only one month before travel date. And some of the buses in the area do not allow for reservations.
