I am planning go with Nankai train to Namba station, therefore I would not like to purchase Haruka ticket.
But the benefits of Kansai One pass is good.
Can I get Kansai One pass without buying Haruka Ticket ?

The Kansai One Pass is absolutely unrelated to the Haruka. You may be mixing it up with the Icoca & Haruka.

I had see a type of card in Jr pass websites. The Card has an astro boy cartoon, on the surface of the card, it written Kansai One Pass and ICOCA. I think that card is limited-time offer, not the usual ICOCA card.
