Hakone 3-day Free Pass

We intend to travel from Shinjuku to Hakone on 12 Nov and return to Tokyo on 15 Nov. Would the 3-day Hakone Pass be sufficient to cover our travel dates? If not, any advice on our travel plans to Hakone would be most appreciated. Thanks.

A 3 day pass wont work for 4 days.
If you give us more info like an itinerary or accommodation location, we maybe be able to advise better.
