Hi, I'm travelling to Japan for the first time. I would like to purchase kansai one pass and make a booking online. I went to, https://www.westjr.co.jp/global/en/ticket/icoca-haruka/And was a little confused, I want to know if I need to actually purchase icoca card before applying for Kansai One Pass? Tq.
