hello,
I'm intending to visit omotesando. i would like to ask when you recommend visit there ? at morning or at evening?
and i want to go after traveling there to shibuya, can i do it by walk or should i need to take a train?

Just take the Meiji Dori from Shibuya and you'll run into Omotesando. Any time is a good time to visit, but when stores are open is probably best.
