Shikoku weather mid March to mid April 2016/8/23 22:15
I intend on visiting Japan from about mid April (about 20th) to early-mid April (about 9th or 16th) for 3 - 4 weeks. I wanted to visit the Shikoku island but reading on temperature charts it seems very cold during that time of the year. What can I expect of the weather? Should I be prepared for snow storms and bring winter clothing?

Snow is one of ICE no covered ground if over 0(Zero) C(not F)/degree.

Exactly in night time under 10C felt cold/colder is right especially if coming from no snow country but no snow.
