Hello!
I plan on possibly rent a camper car in Yakushima and due to the fact that it does not have any shower or toilet, are there any Road stations to use in Yakushima where to use a shower for a fee or toilet?

Not that I've ever seen one. You can park at the trail starts. There are washroooms. As for the shower, you would need a pail of water. That is what being thrifty and wild means.

Visit local onsen, not many but available.
