Need some timing/date suggestion

Hello guys,

I will be going to Japan this coming Nov 9 till Nov 21.
My planning
Nov 9- Wed- Travel to Kyoto from Tokyo
Nov 10- Thu- Kyoto Kiyomizu temple and around
Nov 11- Fri- Kyoto Arashiyama bamboo forest and around
Nov 12- Sat- Nara (travel from Kyoto)
Nov 13- Sun- Osaka (travel from Kyoto)
Nov 14- Mon- Kyoto (maybe go to kibune)
Nov 15- Tue- Travel to Tokyo
Nov 16- Wed- Tokyo for rest of the trip
till
Nov 21- Fly back

I have few question hope you guys can enlighten me.
We hope to avoid crowds at bamboo forest, so I am planning leave early morning. If I leave at 7am(friday) from Otsu (I stayed Otsu through out my trip in Kyoto). Will the train be really packed?
Or shall I put Nara trip to Friday, and bamboo forest on Saturday? So Nara not much ppl on Friday, while the train not so crowded on Saturday early morning?

I left Kyoto Station for the Arashiyama forest on JR at 6am and it was already kind of full. You want to get there as early as possible to miss all the people. That way you can take photos with few people around.

Weekends are busier than M-F.

I guess I just set Nara on Friday, Arashiyama on Satruday.
It seem like regardless of the timing, weekend always crowded than weekday.
