There are many options depending on the day of the week(weekdays or weekends) and your choise of the railway (Keisei or JR) at Narita airport.
I recommend you to use Suica card because you'll have to take trains of different railway companies.

Here's the one option on weekdays.

8:51 at KESEI Narita T2 and T3 Station (Station No.KS41)
Narita Sky Acess

9:56 Higashi-Nihombashi (No.A15)

transfer though underground passage
to Bakuroyokoyama Sta. of TOEI Shinjyuku Line (3-5 min.)

10:04 Bakuroyokoyama

10:08 Kikukawa

total fare : JPY 1318 (Suica)

BTW,if it were me,I'll take a taxi from Oshiage Station(No.KS45)(above Keisei train arrives at 9:47 and taxi fare would be around JPY 1500)
It is easy..
Please check the link and google map.

I recommend you to use Suica card because you'll have to take trains of different railway companies.

I now think Pasmo should be recommended over Suica for tourists, or at least for people who indend to return the card before leaving Japan, because it has no handling fee and can be purchased and returned at Haneda. (A Suica purchased from JR cannot be returned with Tokyo Monorail at Haneda, and conversely a Suica purchased from Tokyo Monorail cannot be returned to JR.)

A1)
Google Map knows just one transfer very easy you are lucky :)
https://goo.gl/maps/xTAZR9oT9Sm
Take a Exp train until Honjo-azumabashi/本所吾妻橋 stn(underground).
(no need Exp fee/via Keisei Railway, Find "Blue" counter)
http://yuji_uz.c.blog.so-net.ne.jp/_images/blog/_54a/yuji_uz/DSC00088....
Then take a local bus(by Toei bus/都営バス) "業10/Nari-juu/-ten"
https://goo.gl/maps/dC1iTED2Du12
until Kikukawa stn(eki-mae)/菊川駅前 bus stop.
"業10" is just bus route number Take "For Shimbashi/新橋".
http://photozou.jp/photo/photo_only/2793098/223681848
(this 業 means short of 業平橋/Narihira-bashi/bridge near Tokyo Sky Tree)
(銀座経由 means "via Ginza" but no related after Kikukawa stn placed section)
How to ride Toei bus.
http://www.kotsu.metro.tokyo.jp/eng/services/bus_ride.html
(front door in and pay first, press the button after bus stop annonce in JP)

Play bus vid. (a bit noisy as bus sounds)
https://youtu.be/GFDQmBffleg
2:56 Honjo-azumabashi stn(underground)
3:10 Honjo-azumabashi bus stop (timetable of weekday/平日)

9:38 bus announcement "Tsugi-wa(next stop is) Kikukawa eki-mae".
10:14 Kikukawa stn(eki-mae)/菊川駅前 bus stop
https://goo.gl/maps/ctfAe9YnaEN2

Oops, forgot first Exp train vid. (also noisy)
https://youtu.be/IiFKmWp1UJI
0:17 NRT T1 stn(Rail end)
2:31 NRT T2 stn(This tain stopped platform No.1 but same side front part is No.3 be careful)
http://makkurokurosk-3.c.blog.so-net.ne.jp/_images/blog/_806/makkuroku...
55:13 Oshiage stn
57:33 Honjo-azumabashi stn (This train skipped)

Later dep means escape for "morning rush" if in regular weekday
and othrer Exp trains skipped Honjo-azumabashi stn feels a bit stress.
(Just wait same platform at before stn wait some min but)
Also bus travel means for remembering around town scape ASAP until sun gose down.
Kikukawa stn also placed underground so easy to lost right directions.
Honjo-azumabashi stn is Toei "Asakusa" line but Kikukawa stn is Toei "Shinjuku" line.
In Tokyo subway company is only two "Toei" and "Metro".
Remember both exit sings strongly recommended if take a lot.
http://www.kotsu.metro.tokyo.jp/eng/services/sub_ride.html
Also a lot of ground railway exist. (JR-East and more)

Linda mentioned about transfering at Higashi-Nihombashi/東日本橋
to Bakuroyokoyama/馬喰横山 stn is not so hard.
http://www.kotsu.metro.tokyo.jp/subway/stations/higashi-nihombashi/sol...
(platform no.1 of B1F to no.2 of B2F)
https://youtu.be/w4VKD88v7OM
But a bit long walk via underground passage and need through the transfering gate.
(Pink colored ones are so)

Depends on plan and weather condition.
Where to go? also following dates (rough) plan need.
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2017.html

1st train and 2nd bus both fees covered by Suica/PASMO(IC card ticket).
http://www.pasmo.co.jp/en/
http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/pass/suica.html
But Suica/PASMO are NOT discount ticket just for escaping big money bringing.
Suica/PASMO also useful as "e-money" for daily life shopping, eating and more.
Seems many foreign travelers tried hi-tec drink vending machine experience
https://youtu.be/E3uXDTBrzxs
(TV-CM of Suica provided by "JR-East" Railway same function card)
https://youtu.be/R02YMXvbILE
also at convenience store shopping for buying drinks, snacks, sweets and temporary foods
https://youtu.be/ZhM4MiZ0774 (TV-CM of Suica)
https://youtu.be/aVoN5dIsO_Q (2:02 paying by PASMO)
and "re-charge(charge)" as stored fare. (PASMO is not Credit card)
https://youtu.be/TYwldhqBlS8 (Charged "1000Y bill" at LAWSON)

Play "joke" vid? (but seems lyrics are all correct)
