Hello, it's been a while since anyone has discussed this topic and I am worried it has incorrect information now. It is my first time going to Japan and I want to make sure I don't mess up and miss my Ryokan booking.
I have looked at various different sites, various times and it has all become rather confusing. I just want to know how to get from Gujo-hachiman to Shirakawa-go, has anyone done this through transit? If so, which bus stop? Bus company? How much? Do I need to make reservations? My biggest fear is I mess up and miss the only bus leaving to Shirakawa and I miss the my ryokan booking. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get on this topic. Are there are any taxi companies that I can use as a back up?
