Trip Advice to Tokyo, Toyama, and Kyoto

Dear all,

We are planning to Tokyo, Toyama, and Kyoto on 8- 18 Nov 2016 and has made the following plan, would you mind to give advise:
Date Visit
8 Nov - Arrive at Tokyo (stay at Asakusabashi)
9 Nov - Alpine Route (stay at Matsumoto)
10 Nov - Kamikochi (stay at Matsumoto)
11 Nov - Kurobe Gorge (stay at Matsumoto)
12 Nov - Osaka (Knowledge Center Grand Front Osaka, Aquarium Osaka, Dontonburi, any idea where should we go instead?), Pontocho at Kyoto (stay at Kyoto)
13 Nov - Arashimaya, Higasyima, Kiyomizudera illumination (or should we change to Koudaiji Illumination?) , Gion (stay at Kyoto)
14 Nov - Fushimi Inari, Trip to Tokyo (stay at Shinjuku)
15 Nov - Kawaguchiko Lake & Fuji Q Highland (stay at Shinjuku)
16 Nov -Ueno Park, Akihabara, Asakusa Cannon Temple, Ameyoko Street Market, Ginza (stay at Shinjuku)
17 Nov - Hakone (stay at Shinjuku)
18 Nov - Shibuya, Yoyogi, Harajuku, Return

Which would not be a good idea? Which is too optimistic plan? Which location should be inserted? Which other alternative would best to replace the itinerary above? Thank you so much for the advice.

If I were you, I would reschedule the 9th,10th,11th as follow :

9 Nov - Kamikochi (stay at Matsumoto)

10 Nov - Alpine Route (stay at TOYAMA, or UNAZUKIONSEN)

11 Nov - Kurobe Gorge (stay at TOYAMA, or UNAZUKIONSEN )

12 Nov - busy busy. Matsumoto to Kyoto, and then trying to include all those things.

I'll assume you are going by train? It is about a 3 hour trip. But add time for in and out of hotel movments.

Thank you for your kind response. Can you give me the reason why you choose to change the location?

The reason we stay at matsumoto is because we will finish the alpine route in shinano omachi and to return to toyama will need quite a lot of time.. It is also nearer to kamikochi as far as i know.. Thank you.
