こう(Kou)えき(Eki)しょう(syou)/コウエキショウ
or
おう(Ou)えき(Eki)しょう(syou)/オウエキショウ

日本語→呉音/漢音(as "音読み/On yomi") is so.

I don't know what you mean by translating a name, but if you would like to know the Japanese pronunciation of kanji (hanzi) , it's ko eki sho or ko yaku sho, although the on-reading of the letter 亦 is very rarely used.

yes. こう えきしょう is right.
however, the letter 亦 is not familiar to the Japanese, writing with Chinese pronunciation is another solution.
ホワン・イーシャン mandarin
ウォン・イーシャン Cantonese
actually, a famous film maker 黄家輝 is introduced as ウォン・カーワァイ in Cantonese pronunciation. the Chinese actress 章子怡 is also called チャン・ツィーイー not しょう しい as Japanese kanji reading method.
