Bus to Kawaguchiko from Mishima or Gotemba

Hi
I trying to find the fastest way to get to Kawaguckico from Hiroshima (in October) and I believe that is using the bus from Mishima or Gotemba area.
Would you please help me about the following:
1- Transfer at Mishima station - Shinkansen line to Bus station: a)there is a interconnection inside the train station? b) How long that takes? If the train arrives at 13:55 can I take the 14:10 express bus to Kawaguckico?
2- Do I need to book the Bus previously?
3- And if I go to Gotemba by train can I get a Bus there without booking it first?

You can go to Kawaguchiko from Mishima Station by bus.
You transfer the bus at the south entrance.
Yes. You can take the bus at 14:10.
The next bus will be at 16:10.
If there is empty seats, you don't need the book.

From Mishima to Gotenba?
No you don't need book.
You can get at the Gotenba station by JR Gotenba line from Mishima station.
