Im planing to sapporo ..here the itinerary
Jkt-hkg-sapporo (flight)
Narita-hkg-jkt
Around sapporo by JR pass
sapporo-tokyo ( i want to try by shinkasen hayabusa fr sapporo to tokyo),it can use JR pass?
Around tokyo by JR pass
What kind suitable JR pass for my itinerary?

You must take the Hayabusa at Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto station for Tokyo. You can use the JR Pass to get from Sapporo to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto to get on the shinkansen.

Thanks for the answer, what about in tokyo, jr east hokkaido can use in jr line around tokyo? Or shinkansen tokyo to kyoto?
If cannot, what kind of jr pass to cover all my itinerary
From tokyo im planning to mount fuji or maybe to kyoto

Please read the link provided by "* (guest)," that tells you where the JR East - South Hokkaido Rail Pass is valid.
And no this pass does not cover "around" Tokyo or Tokyo - Kyoto. You will need to decide on where you plan to go first for anyone here to suggest a good transportation recommendation. Whether you just stay around Tokyo only, go Tokyo - Mt Fuji area - Tokyo, or Tokyo - Kyoto - Tokyo makes a big difference. Also please state how long you plan to stay in each area or the total duratin of your trip.

Sorry make u confuse about my itinerary
Actually im planing go to japan 12 days
Day 1-day 5 sapporo and hokkaido
Day 6 tokyo around tokyo
Day 7 fuji and lake kawaguchi back to tokyo
Day 8 around tokyo
Day 9 kurebo alpine route-back to tokyo
Day 10 around tokyo
Day 11 disney sea tokyo
Day 12 around tokyo
Day 13 back to jakarta
What kind of jr pass suitable for this route?
