How to move around from KIX-Osaka-Kyoto-KIX

Hi, plan to go Osaka/Kyoto from Nov 9 to 16. Itinerary below:
Nov 9 to 10 - kansai airport to Osaka. Visit USJ and around osaka
Nov 11 to 15 - Osaka to Kyoto, visit various places of interest in Kyoto
Nov 16 - Kyoto to kansai airport.
What's the best and cost effective public transport to move around per itinerary above? Many thanks

Mostly trains; however in Kyoto buses are often the most direct route to many sights. You can find train information using Google Maps and Hyperdia (hyperdia.com/en), and Kyoto public transport information using Arukumachi ( http://www.arukumachikyoto.jp/?lang=en).
