Hello. Hoping someone can help as I don't know who to contact. I successfully got tickets to the Ghibli Museum on 10 August (bought online from Australia, following link from Ghibli website). My problem is I have left it until now to login to print the tickets, and now I can't get in. It's asking for my email, phone number and password and I am putting them all in (I duly wrote my password in my diary) but not getting access. I must be inputting something wrong but I have no idea what. I have the 'receipt' email and I wrote my booking number in my diary but I am concerned that without the printed tickets the museum will not let us in. Can anyone help or reassure me on this point? Time is on my side as we are not in Japan yet, we have a couple of weeks 'til we go to the museum. Thank you.

Is there a 'help' button or contact info so you can ask the website?
You probably won't get access without the printed ticket, unfortunately.
