Haneda Airport to Ikebukuro at midnight

I will be arriving at Haneda Airport at 00:40. I would like to go to Ikebukuro. (I have a friend living there, but we have no car.)

It is quite clear that public transport will not be available at the time. I have tried to look at the night buses, and though it seems that there is one going to shinjuku at night, i am not so sure about ikebukuro. Indeed, it says there is a night bus but the time table appears to end at 11:25pm. (https://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/platform_searches/index/4/31)

Does anyone have experience with this?

I have looked at past posts but they even the late night flights are about 10.35pm which does not really help me.

There are night buses, though the fare is higher.

Do you know a convenient route from (the east exit of) Ikebukuro Station to your friend's house?

Not really, but I can walk there. Its at kita-ikebukuro.
