Can I use JRP from Narita to Kofu? How?

I'll arrive in Narita airport and I want to go to Kofu, how mutch time will it take? Can I use de JRP? I will stay some days in Kofu and then I want to go to Saporo, how long will it take? Witch train and where do I take?

If so book domestic flight ASAP
