Foreign delivery for Platt Kodama tickets?

My family and I are travelling from Tokyo to Osaka via the shinkansen this November. We were thinking of using the Platt Kodama tickets.

Is it possible to purchase the tickets and have them delivered to a foreign address? Like more than a month in advance?

The promo website only lists four sales locations in Tokyo, and I fear that if we purchase our tickets when we get there, there won't be enough slots.

Not possible; you can book online on the Japanese site, but delivery is only within Japan.

You might try to have them delivered to your hotel address.

The website says that's not possible and they cna only be delivered to a residential address.

I am also interested in the Platt Kodama tickets. Does anyone know if these tickets can be used for any Kodama train from Tokyo to Osaka and vice versa? Or do I need to stick to the earliest Kodama train leaving Tokyo at 11.46am as shown on the pdf file. I would like to get on the earlier train at 8.56am.

There are earlier trains. But the discount tickets may not be available for the dates and times you wanna travel.

You need to stick with the trains designated available for the Platto Kodama plan. Note that this is a special travel package as against simple discount.

There is a service where you can receive a coupon at the Tokyo branch.

It looks like the 2 replies contradict each other with Hakata San saying there are other train time but subject to availability and another reply saying limited to the certain train time.

I think the trains indicated on the form are just meant as examples, the full list of available trains is show on the website. http://www.jrtours.co.jp/kodama/en/

As mentioned, there are earlier trains than listed on the pdf that you're looking at as the pdf only shows example times. The full listing of trains that qualify for the deal are shown here:
