Hi, I read that the tuna auction will be closed from early December to mid January. Is it true ? I would like to visit the tuna auction on the 27th of December.

In recent years the tuna auction has been closed TO VISITORS from early December to mid January.
I imagine the same will happen this year, but as of yet the calendars and such haven't been updated to reflect that fact. Perhaps the reason is that, as of a week or two ago, everyone thought the market would be moving to Toyosu by then.
