Shinjuku - GPO - Mt Fuji 5th station

Hi ,
I am travelling from Shinjuku to Gotemba Premium Outlet on 24th September 2016, will reach GPO at around 11am. I was planning to travel up to one of the 5th station while i am there and back to GPO to catch a bus at around 7pm.
Is there any bus services where we can catch at GPO to any of the 5th station to catch a glimpse of the Fuji at a closer range?
