Bus to Meiji Mura

Japan-Guide says the bus from Inuyama Station to Meiji Mura is only 20 minutes. Do I have to purchase a ticket ahead of time? Or do I just pay the fare when exiting like on the local buses. Also where can I find a timetable?
Sorry for so many question. All I could find were highway buses.

It is a little hard to get to by train and bus, but well worth the trip, but certainly doable. My last visit was during an autumn season (we were with some friends from Nagoya), and it was a great day with stunning colours on the hills and trough the park.
