Yamanote Line AM Rush: Sugamo to Hamamatsucho

I have a flight to catch at Haneda Airport at 11.30 am, and my hotel is at Sugamo Station. My original plan was to reach Haneda Airport by 9.30 am, meaning that I would take the Yamanote Line from Sugamo Station at about 8.30 am, and transfer to the Monorail at Hamamatsucho Station bound for Haneda Airport.
However, I now understand that 8.30 am is a terrible time to travel on the Yamanote line on weekdays due to the rush hour from 7 am to 9 am, especially between Okachimachi and Tokyo stations.
I could start taking the train way before the peak hour starts, probably at 6.30 am, but that would not be ideal.
I'm wondering if anyone has any insights regarding the state of the Yamanote Line from Sugamo to Hamamatsucho during that time? Would it still be possible to board at Sugamo Station and alight at Hamamatsucho Station, despite the crowd between Okachimachi Station and Tokyo Station?
I will be lugging one suitcase and one napsack.
Other suggestions are welcome.

Yes the trains will be busy, but you can still get on. Easiest (with suitcase) is skip the first train and get to the front of the line and then board yhe next train. Expect to stand.

After 9:00 AM, the rush would be gradually gone. As Japancustomtour noted, you may better take second train. The first car tend to be less congested in this section (Sugamo to Hamamatsucho).
