I have read buses from Shinjuku to Takayama only until October what about November. Me and 3 of my friends are planning a trip to Takayama from Tokyo on 15 to 17 November 2016

If you are talking about the Nouhi bus, there is bus from Shijuku to Takayama in November as well. Only the 22.55 PM departure bus is not available in November, Bus with other departure times is still available.
