Bank at Narita accepts travelers checks?

I have exchanged currency and travelers checks at Narita many times in the past 12 years and used to use American Express Travelers Checks frequently. ( I know nobody uses them anymore!) Last year I visited and almost no bank at Narita accepted them - but I finally found one that exchanges travelers checks.
I still have some AMEX travelers checks that I would like to exchange at Narita in October. So I can avoid asking at every window - Does anyone know which counter accepts AMEX travelers checks?

Do yourself a huge favour. Cash them in at home where you know you can cash them in, and bring the cash into the country or use a bank card at a post office or 7-11 ATM.

When/if one can find a bank in Narita that accepts them they pay a premium (like 1%)over exchanging cash!
