Take a highway bus that goes to Nagasaki, some (not all!) buses stop at Ureshino along the way.

If you will have a (nationwide) JR Pass, you can alternatively take a train to Takeo Onsen or to Sonogi (Hyperdia is your friend), and then a bus to Ureshino. Since the bus is a local bus of JR Bus Kyushu, it should be covered as well.
