Hello everyone, I will spend the New Year eve in Kyoto and was looking for a soba restaurant; do you know a good restaurant? I saw that many suggest the Matsuba or arashiyama-yoshimura but I don't know if they are open the 31th and i don't find an email for asking them..
Or is there a restaurant which makes reservations?
